Standard shipping Germany: 
For shipments within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of 15,00 EUR for standard shipping by parcel service (DHL). 
For bulky goods packages, an additional surcharge of 25,00 EUR applies (>1.2 meters in length). 
For pallet shipments, we charge a flat rate of 100,00 EUR within the country. 
For overlong pallets, the current daily rate is used. 
If the net value of the goods is less than 100,00 EUR, a small quantity surcharge of 15,00 EUR also applies.

Standard shipping EU zone: 
For shipments within the EU zone, we charge a flat shipping fee of 30,00 EUR for standard shipping by parcel service (DHL). 
For bulky goods packages, an additional surcharge of 25,00 EUR applies (>1.2 meters in length). 
For pallet shipments, we charge a flat rate of 150,00 EUR within the EU zone. 
For overlong pallets, the current daily rate is used. If the net value of the goods is less than 100,00 EUR, a small quantity surcharge of 15,00 EUR also applies.

Standard shipping third countries:
Shipments to third countries always depend on the package dimensions. 
A general statement about the shipping costs is not possible. Each shipment must be considered and calculated individually.

Express processing: 
If you wish to have express processing, we will charge an express flat rate of 75,00 EUR per package regardless of the value of the goods (not valid for bulky goods length & shipments to third countries). The following express service options are available to you: 
Parcel service DHL, express delivery by 12:00 noon the following day.
Parcel service UPS, express delivery by 12:00 noon the following day.

Direct delivery costs:
If you would like the shipment to be delivered directly to your customer, direct delivery costs of 15,00 EUR apply, plus any additional costs.

Deviation from automated processes: 
Due to the standardization of our shipping processes, we exclusively deliver through our system partners DHL, UPS, and our in-house forwarding agency. 
If you have any deviations from our shipping and transport regulations that result in additional costs for processing, we will charge you 55,00 EUR per shipment. 
If you wish to have a pickup by other carriers or parcel service providers, you must organize and notify them independently. 
We are able to provide you with the final dimensions and weights for this purpose.
