The move into the U.S. market reflects the strategic aim to position the United States as one of its key markets outside of Germany. The selection of Chicago as the company's U.S. base facilitates efficient warehousing and distribution of their diverse range of lights - MADE IN GERMANY. To this end, part of the extensive portfolio of LED workplace, machine and industrial luminaires has been specially tailored for the North American market.
"We already have existing customers in the USA that we supply directly from Germany because they are convinced of the quality of our LED luminaires. By establishing a local warehouse and sales organization, we can reduce delivery times, provide expert product advice, and ensure customer-friendly service.", said Jan Schiga, CEO of LED2WORK.
Thomas Geiger, a proven lighting expert, will take over the position of President of LED2WORK Inc. He will personally look after existing customers in North America and be the direct contact for new LED2WORK customers in the American market.
