Dear customer,
We are committed to providing you with exceptionally high-quality products and hope that you are satisfied with them. Should it nevertheless be necessary to return goods to us, please observe the following instructions for processing returns.
To ensure that the return and processing can be handled quickly and easily, please make sure to follow the procedure below.
Returns
- Whenever possible, use the original packaging or ensure suitable, break-resistant packaging. ATTENTION: We are NOT liable for transport damage. Such damage must be reported to the parcel service or freight forwarder immediately upon receipt.
- Please make sure to include the completed return slip with your shipment. There is no need to notify us of the return by phone.
- If the goods were purchased through a distribution or retail partner, please include a copy of the invoice.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded, and a processing fee will be charged per case. The maximum credit amount is 85% of the net product value (minimum processing fee 40.00 EUR) per return/case. Depending on the condition of the goods (e.g., reconditioning, repainting), we will deduct or subsequently charge the associated costs from the credit.
All shipments arriving at our facility with unpaid postage will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender immediately.
The warranty becomes void if the goods have been installed or handled improperly, or if repair attempts have been carried out independently.
