Dear Customer,
We endeavour to supply exceptionally high quality products and we hope that you are satisfied with our products. However, if there should be a reason to return goods to us, we kindly ask that you observe the following information on how to organise a return.
In order that the return and its processing can take place quickly, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following procedure.
Returns
- Please use original packaging if possible, or make sure that you use suitable, shatter-proof packaging. ATTENTION: We are NOT liable for transport damage. You must inform the parcel service/courier of this at the time of goods receipt.
- When returning goods, make sure you enclose the completed accompanying document. It is not necessary to inform us of the return by telephone.
- If the goods were purchased through a distribution partner or trade partner, please enclose a copy of the invoice.
- There will be no refund of shipping costs, and a processing fee will be charged per transaction. The maximum amount of credit is 85% of the net value of the goods (minimum processing fee 40.00 EUR) per return/transaction. Depending on the condition of the goods (for possible reconditioning, repainting, etc.), we will also deduct the costs incurred from the credit note or charge them subsequently.
All shipments sent to us with postage outstanding will be rejected and sent back to the sender immediately.
The warranty is voided if the good have been incorrectly installed or handled, or if unauthorised repair attempts have been undertaken.
