The SYSTEMLED SurfaceOne has been developed for the precise inspection of surfaces with a wide range of characteristics
Ideal for quality control in high-end consumer goods manufacturing and in the premium segment of the automotive industry.
With flexibly adjustable colour temperatures of 4,000 and 6,500 K, this high-performance LED system luminaire provides optimal conditions for reliably assessing painted, metallic and other demanding surfaces. Even the finest defects become visible and can be evaluated reproducibly, both in intermediate and final inspection.
As a robust surface-mounted luminaire with rear 8 T-slots, the SurfaceOne can be mounted with great flexibility. The supplied control unit allows both colour temperatures to be set and stored separately – ideal for defined, repeatable inspection conditions.
