FlexLED II White
Work light in places no luminaire fits – under the shelf, behind the maintenance hatch, in the control cabinet.
FlexLED II is the cuttable LED strip with M12 connection – connected like a sensor, not like a luminaire. Three variants, six lengths up to 5 metres, IP67 protection.
FlexLED II White and FlexLED II RGB-W are available now, FlexLED II Pixel is coming soon.
Work light in places no luminaire fits – under the shelf, behind the maintenance hatch, in the control cabinet.
Work light and status signal in one. Shows the machine status across the whole hall – and provides white work light when everything is running.
Chaser light, progress, zones. Shows fill level, position or progress – directly on the machine, readable without a display.
Depending on the variant, FlexLED II illuminates the working area, shows the status of a cell or marks a position. Examples from mechanical engineering, packaging and intralogistics.
White light inside the cell – anyone who has to go in for maintenance can see grippers, axes and cables.
Under the shelf or on the crossbar of the assembly table – the light falls where assembly takes place.
Flat on the door or under the cabinet roof – light where wiring and testing take place.
Colour for the cell status, white for working inside – visible across the whole hall.
Each cell of a packaging line shows its own status – the operator can see from outside where there is a problem.
All around the vehicle contour: driving, charging or fault – recognisable from all sides in production and warehouse.
On the post or door frame: shows the current status of the system behind the fence.
On the roller door: shows the driver whether docking is possible or the gate is occupied.
White for working, colour for queries – for example when material is missing.
Along the table, exactly the section where the workpiece or the stop has to go lights up.
On the bar loader, the light bar shows how much material is left in the magazine – readable from the aisle.
Folding boxes, labels, film: the strip shows the stock before the machine stops.
